Merchant of Record
All payments for Thoth-ATO subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles payment authorization, billing, sales-tax / VAT computation and remittance, and refund processing on our behalf.
Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current published rate for your tier. You may cancel at any time:
- through the billing portal in your account, or
- by emailing [email protected].
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access to paid features through the end of the period you have already paid for. (See Terms of Service §4.3 and §11.2.)
Refunds
Except as required by applicable law, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. We may, in our discretion, grant a refund in the following cases:
- (a) Material service unavailability — where the Service is unavailable materially in excess of any service-level commitment in your Order Form.
- (b) Duplicate or erroneous billing — where you were charged twice, or charged in error.
- (c) 14-day first-purchase goodwill window — for your first subscription purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of that purchase, no questions asked.
These cases mirror the refund terms in our Terms of Service §4.3–4.5. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or withdrawal rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] from the address associated with your account, including your order or transaction reference. We process eligible refunds through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method.
